Delaware Valley Science Fairs

Each of the twelve regional fairs will host their science and engineering research competitions.  Please click here to determine which fair supports your area, as well as contact information and the date/location of the event.

Winners and results from all of the regional fairs must be shared or promoted by this date.

Students should review all milestones to ensure they are accurate and complete.  This includes your personal and school contact information.  All ISEF forms, research plans, abstracts or other documentation must be uploaded prior to this date.

New registrations and the ability to modify your profile will be disabled. 

All approved projects MUST be set up at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA on this date between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM.  Use the entrance for Hall A and proceed to the Check-In table.  Students, teachers, parents or another representative can set up the display.  IMPORTANT - All displays must be approved by a DVSF volunteer before you leave.  See more detailed information in the Fair Schedule and Check-In Procedures from your regional fair director.

Judges should report to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA no later than 8:00 AM.  They will begin to evaluate student projects.

Students should report to the Expo Center at 11:30 AM to attend their displays for the afternoon's interview judging session.  Dismissal usually occurs no earlier than 5:00 PM, and students are expected to take their displays with them when they leave. 

The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM with the presentation of the Special Awards.  After a brief intermission, the category awards will start at approximately 7:00 PM.

The Winners List will be posted on the DVSF shortly after the Award Ceremony.

All medalists will be expected to stay after the ceremony for an important ISEF informational meeting.

ISEF DEADLINE!!

This is the final day for our medalists to submit their paperwork to ISEF. 

DVSF staff and the twelve Medalists will travel to Los Angeles, CA, from May 8th to 14th, 2027, to compete in the International Science and Engineering Fair.
