Registering with DVSF
CONGRATULATIONS! You have been selected to participate in the 75th Delaware Valley Science Fairs!
In order to participate in the fairs you must have placed in your regional fair AND have been notified by your fair director or DVSF that you are eligible to advance. If you have not met these qualifications you are not eligible to compete.
How to Register
Did your regional fair use STEM Wizard?
If your regional fair used STEM Wizard you information has been forwarded to DVSF by your fair director and you are registered.
IMPORTANT!!! - THERE ARE NEW MILESTONES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE FOR DVSF. THESE MILESTONES ASK FOR INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO DVSF AND COULD NOT BE FORWARDED BY YOUR REGIONAL FAIR.
My regional fair did not use STEM Wizard, how do I register?
Registering with STEM Wizard is very much like registering on any other website. There are various pieces of information that you will need to fill out. Visit: https://dvsf.stemwizard.com/ to begin the registration process. You will find the registration menu on the top right of the page. If you participated in DVSF in 2023 you should be able to reactivate your account. Please make sure that your information is up to date.
IMPORTANT! - PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USING A SCHOOL BASED EMAIL ADDRESS TO REGISTER MAY PREVENT YOU FROM RECIEVING CRITICAL INFORMATION! MANY SCHOOLS WILL BLOCK EMAIL TO STUDENTS FROM ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL EMAIL SYSTEM! USE A PERSONAL ADDRESS OR THE ADDRESS OF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO ENSURE PROPER COMMUNICATION.

Once you have created your account you will see a series of "Milestones" on your main page. this is where you will enter your project details and documentation.

Once a milestone is completed the indicator will turn green to indicate completion.

All communication will be handled through STEM wizard and be sent as an email from info@stemwizard.com
