DVSF Is planning an In-person Fair for 2022
The guidelines on this page are for the Virtual 2021 Fairs. The pages will be updated as more information becomes available. 

To compete in the DVSF you must qualify through one of our regional fairs.

This page will give instructions on how you should proceed, The documents you will need, formats for the documents, and procedures to follow.

What Do I Need?
What do I need?
  • Valid Email Address

    • Make sure that the address you use is permitted to receive email from outside of your organization (Many school accounts do not allow outside email)​

  • Project Documents​

    • PDF of the project presentation​

    • Link to a video presentation

    • Required forms (1C, 7, if applicable)

    • All documents MUST be files in the proper format (PDF), links are not allowed within the document

    • 4-page example of your Logbook (optional)

What do I do?
  • Do you have a STEM Wizard account from your regional fair?

    • Yes - You should be all set. Login and check that your information and documents have been sent on.​

    • No - No problem! You will be receiving an email from DVSF with instructions on how to register and upload your documents through STEM Wizard

  • Monitor your email for updates and alerts from DVSF​

    • Emails may arrive directly from DVSF or from STEM Wizard​

    • There may be some questions for you to answer about your project. 

    • Don't forget to check your Spam Folder!
